What are your payment options?

All payments made online through Southern Home Décor & More are safe and secure and are processed through our secure server using SSL Secure Certificate.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase so most items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, less all shipping fees. 

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. Damaged items can be exchanged for new or we can give you a full refund in the form of merchandise credit.

Quality

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items at exceptional values. In our painted items, we make every attempt to ensure our color is consistent, but slight variations may occur. Because our items are handmade, occasionally there are slight variations in the finished size and color. If your order an item that says it's rustic in the description, please expect it to look that way and know that it is not damaged.
